1932 1935 1939 1941 30s Hand Assist Straps Ford Chevroletl Mercury

Up for sale is a pair of vintage hand assist / grab straps . These have a beautiful chain link design at the top. -The fabric is an olive green tweed with velvet interior. The original stitching is still there at the outer seems. These measure approximately 11" in length from the top of the mounting brackets to the bottom of the trim.  Application: I'm n ot sure of the exact application. Please do your own research. Condition : These are in good condition. They have never been used, but show some wear from age and long time storage. -The mounting brackets look good overall. They are nice and shiny. On the circular mounting pieces, each one has two indented lines on it. On one of these, there is a threaded hole, while on the other there is not. They are the same in every other way. There are a couple of dings on the side of one of these as well. ( Please see pictures for close up detail.) -The outer tweed fabric looks good for the age. One of the straps is a bit lighter than the other, so may have faded. The inner velvet lining looks good for the age, but has some stains. Beautiful vintage straps! We ship worldwide!
